Many guests have been "working from home with a different view"! One family dog (under 25#) is OK – and you must inquire in advance. The Casita is a cozy one bedroom upstairs apartment. The decor is an eclectic southwestern style and is set up perfectly for cozy stays! The bedroom has a super comfy memory foam queen size bed. The living room also has a small futon sofa. It works well for the kiddos but it’s not a great size for adults. If you have a larger group and need more space please consider booking the "The Carriage house" or the “The Gallery House” Both are right next door and are beautiful, updated historic homes!

The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 4

Cabin 4 is a rustic studio unit with a combination of dark wood and light blue adobe interior walls. It has a fully outfitted kitchen space with microwave, short fridge and a 4 burner gas stove. There is a kiva fireplace, a full size bed, 3/4 bath, table for two and a fold out sleeper loveseat that can sleep 1 or 2 more. It also has a two door entrance with foyer closet in between to keep your outdoor gear and it has gas as well as electric heat.

This condo is a short walk away from the base of the mountain and offers great amenities including shuttle service, covered parking, room to sleep for up to 5, and close proximity to plenty of dining and entertainment! Also available are community washer and dryer, free wifi, board games, smart TV's, and a cozy secluded patio. PLEASE NOTE: effective November 1, 2024, wood burning is no longer permitted anywhere in the Mountain Spirit building.

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
