The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

This Duplex was built in the early 1900s, we are having a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. This unit does have stairs. We are excited to open up our 3rd Airbnb in Urbana, Ohio. One of two separate Airbnbs in the duplex. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
