The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Elberfeld city center is the separately accessible apartment on the top floor of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a three-family house and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and another room that can be used either as a living room or another bedroom. Here, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing time. A bus stop is only a few meters away. But you can also walk just as comfortably into town in 10 minutes.
