The apartment includes a double bedroom, a living room with pull-out couch and fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and tub. At the spacious terrace, 4 people can comfortably accommodate 4 people and enjoy the view of the countryside. Children are welcome with us. A baby bed can be provided. The stadiums in Dortmund (21 km), Gelsenkirchen (25 km), Düsseldorf (42 km) and Cologne (62 km) are easily accessible by car as well as public transport.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

It is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a three-family house and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and another room that can be used either as a living room or another bedroom. Here, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing time. A bus stop is only a few meters away. But you can also walk just as comfortably into town in 10 minutes.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest.
