The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. A 10 minute drive and you can enjoy the beach at Sherman Park, located on the upper St. Mary’s River. Feeling adventurous, 2 hours to the west is the beautiful Pictured Rocks. Even closer, you can hike the trails at Tahquamenon Falls or scavenge the beach of Whitefish Point, where you might find an agate or a yooperlite stone.

Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
