Pet-friendly holiday rentals in St. Simons Island

Had a nice time at this house. Plenty of room and space for our family. The kitchen is tiny but, well stocked. The AC worked great and the backyard is spacious. Communication was great with the owner.

My boyfriend and I booked Amanda’s place with plans to have a laid-back beach vacation with lots of cooking fresh seafood and relaxing. Her place was perfect for it. Very cozy inside, and the backyard was warm and inviting. Our dog played out there every morning while we sipped coffees. Her place is located next to a great seafood market, City Market, so that was convenient. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and found an adorable deli (The Yellow Deli) 1 min away from the house on our bikes. It was perfect.

The home is in a wonderful, central location and very peaceful. It is an older home and we did have some issues but the owner was very kind and responsive in dealing with them as quickly as possible to make things right. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space for our 5 family members to spread out.

We loved our stay at kats! Loved her place and we enjoyed the pool so much! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would without a doubt stay again at her place.

I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this home was. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Every bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and well equipped. We all enjoyed the pool area/outdoor rec room. It fit our family so well! The beaches nearby were not the best for swimming/building sand castles, but they were great for exploring. We rented bikes and the golf cart and explored all the beach locations. The shops and restaurants were just a short walk away (5ish minutes). Both Derek and Tim were quick to respond anytime we had questions. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. This was just a wow experience for us all, and we hope to return next year.

Pamela was very quick to respond to my messages since the very beginning of my booking. Her check-in was very easy and she told you exactly where everything was. When I arrived, she was taking a stroll down the street because she lives in the neighborhood too! The house was very cute, homey, and spacious. The beds were clean and very comfortable. It was such a great place to stay! My pets were also allowed which was a very big thing for me. Definitely my favorite part of my stay, that my pets were welcomed!

We stayed here 3 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. First time in St Simons. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We found lots of bed choices and ours was very comfortable. Great having 2 different bathrooms to get ready. Loved the back patio and park like grounds where we walked with our dogs. Pool opens May 1st but we didn’t mind. Loved riding the bikes to East Beach right around the corner. Felt safe with wide sidewalks and explored Bruce Dr which led us to Gould jetty area we loved. Loved the lighthouse view, the pier area for sunsets and shopping. Ate a superb healthy lunch at olive oil market restaurant and romantic fun dinner at rooftop lodge. Hubby really enjoyed exploring Fort Frederica and next door is beautiful Christ church but inside tours are 2-5 so we were too early. Beautiful island with lots to see and do. Enjoyed it tremendously. Madison was attentive and quick to respond any questions. Highly recommend her home.

This was by far the best choice I could have made for a two-week business stay. I didn’t realize how close to my favorite places on the island this condo was. Excellent location, well appointed condo, easy access and Nicole was awesome to communicate with. Very satisfied.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! We rented this condo for a family spring school vacation and loved every moment of it. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The large balcony was perfect for meals outdoors, and the full wall of windows facing the ocean brought the beauty of Simmons Island right into the living room. The apartment had everything we needed for a stay with small children, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. There was a wonderful waterfront restaurant and a charming coffee shop at the nearby hotel. Right next door, there was a park with a children's playground. Condominium grounds were perfectly maintained, and a heated-water swimming pool was a great amenity to have. On top of all that, the host was very responsive and helpful. It would be difficult to think of a better stay!

I definitely WILL return!! I felt so at home in Ryan's place!! Clean and fully stocked! we had an issue with the upstairs cable access, but it didn't take away from the great, comfortable stay we had!!!

Great cottage! Excellent location to all the island had to offer. We were able to make great memories! Our daughter's first view of the ocean and our son's first since he was a toddler!! Thank you!

Amazing house! Perfect location. We loved staying at Mint Julep! The house and especially the backyard, pool area was so private and relaxing. The screened in porch was great for our afternoon coffee. We loved being able to walk everywhere; dining, shopping, the beach, and entertainment. Jessica was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again. We love St. Simon’s island and the Mint Julep.

A great place to stay! Exactly as described and had everything we needed and much more. 20 minute walk to the pier and shops which was great. Biking distance to the beach. The unit is well furnished and comfortable, and both the unit and the complex were very clean and well kept. D’Anna was great too - very helpful and quick to respond. We were really happy with D’Anna and her condo and highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed staying here for our first visit to St. Simon’s. The perfect size for 2 adult couples and 2 children and our pup! The pool was super close by and was only a 9ish minute golf cart ride to the beach! Lots of amenities and beach supplies, we used the beach chairs and the umbrella, the high chair was a great help also! Would definitely stay here again!

The rental was perfect for our needs. We stayed with our 80 year old parents and 6 mo old child. The screened in porch (with a ceiling fan) was perfect. The beach was so close, and it was a nice walk to the Village. We arrived early and were able to arrange an early check in. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Kirsten’s place! A beautiful, quiet location that’s easy to get to all the popular SSI locations. Communication before and during our stay was quick and efficient. The accommodations were as described and perfect for our family of 3 plus our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

I booked this for a long weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mom and the rest of my family! We had a great stay, the host was super responsive and helpful through out the stay for any questions I had! The place was very clean when we arrived and exactly like the pictures!

The town house had a great coastal feel, furniture was comfy, bright and comfortable . The sun room was my favorite. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the appliances were outstanding. The view of #10 on Sea Palms made for great golf viewing. The sun rises over the lake were stunning. Also, fun to watch the turtles and alligators on the pond on 10! First time to St. Simons Island wish we would have stayed longer. Great local restaurants.

We had a great few day stay at Lucy’s place. Everything was clean and convenient, and we were close to some great shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

This is such a cute spot! My husband and I stayed and it was conveniently located right near the pier and all the restaurants on the island. There was a beautiful lake and pool on the grounds that we enjoyed. The bed was also the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! Definitely worth the stay!

Easy, luxury beach living for the entire family! This home is stunning. Even better than the pictures. From beautifully tiled showers, comfortable bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, games/bikes/beach toys for all ages…this house has it all! Our favorite part were the wrap around porches on every floor- loved having our morning coffee & quiet time out there. Another perk was they already have beach towels and chairs there waiting on you! This home seriously has it all and Laurel/ Kevin were such great hosts! Thank you for an amazing family vacation!
