Townhome holiday rentals in St. Simons Island

My family has been visiting SSI for over 25 years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed! Justin and Ashley were incredibly responsive, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. We were especially appreciative of our surprise early check-in (!!) And the generous use of beach towels and other amenities. They truly thought of everything. Including sound machines in every room, which we genuinely appreciated since we had a toddler and baby. 5 stars and can’t wait to come back!

The house and location was amazing. Host was very responsive and nice answering any questions I had.

My family and I have been going to Jekyll for years, but this was our first time staying at this particular rental, but it has *easily* become our new favorite. It was the perfect size for us, right on the beach, clean, well-appointed, and had the perfect spaces for us - I especially loved how we all had King sized beds and nobody had to draw the short straw with a Twin. We will definitely be booking this property again on future trips!

Tony's place is in a great location in the St. Simon's Village. It's a block from the village restaurants and shopping and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking. Beach access is close by. My husband and I have been visiting SSI for years and always try to stay as close to the village as possible. It's nice to see the vintage tabby exterior townhomes where Tony's place is still remain after most of the older places have been torn down and replaced with large homes. Tony's place is simple and comfortable which is reflected in the price. We enjoyed our long weekend shopping the village and going to old favorites and new restaurants without the worrying about the cost since our stay was so reasonable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgia on my Mind. The town house was beautiful, plenty of room, all the amenities-we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay! Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Beds were extra comfy and the sheets and bedding were luxurious. When I had a question or two, Katie responded quickly. We’d definitely like to stay here again sometime! Enjoyed the beach and the pool and the surrounding area was quiet. Great for a family vacation. Close to the downtown and super close to the beautiful & clean beach.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and had plenty of space for us to sleep and hang out in the evenings together in the living room. The best part was the view from the upstairs porch!

Zoe was able to get us in last minute and the location was perfect for our family reunion trip on st Simons island.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy just as checking out was easy. The place was clean and convenient to the beach. The pool was also great.

Very nice place. Great location. Very close to beach, restaurant, and stores. Perfect size for a small guest list of two. Fairly spacious and not too small. Comfy bed and furniture. We enjoyed the outside areas as well. Only con, was minimal provision of household needs. We requested some things and the host didn’t or wasn’t able to provide them. Otherwise we quite enjoyed our stay!

We were incredibly happy with our little townhouse (not so little really). Immaculately clean, very warm and inviting. The kitchen had very nice supplies and furnishings. Someone obviously has put a lot of love into the place and it shows. We are very grateful to have found it. Location was also perfect, 1 block from the beach, we could walk to the Village or bike everywhere. The rental company was easy to deal with, prompt with replies and made the whole experience easy. We would love to stay here again, they take care of a home like I would. Thank You. Kim and Tom

Exactly as advertised. Loved it.

Had a work trip to Brunswick and decided to bring the entire family down. We were blown away by the Airbnb and the proximity to all the beaches and restaurants just a few minutes away. The home was very very clean, not a speck of dust in sight and it smelled like a brand new home. The neighbors were quiet and also friendly when we would take walks with our toddler and pup. The backyard being fenced was a huge pro for us so we could just let our pup out and not have to walk him everytime. The host was also very responsive when we had questions about the area and needed recommendations on things to do. Overall, our best Airbnb stay yet and we look forward to staying here in the future.

We loved this house and it was perfect for our summer vacation. The screened in porch was my favorite space, the host was kind enough to let us use their beach items/bikes, and the pool was walkable! Comfortable beds, clean and spacious kitchen, and peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again. Nathan was very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him.

We booked as an extremely last minute weekend getaway. Carol Ann was responsive and the condo was clean and just as described.

Our group of 5 older adults, ranging from 65 - 81 spent 3 nights at Restoration by The Tee for our nephew's wedding at The Cloisters, and we couldn't have been any happier with our stay. Edward and Jenny were so kind, so responsive and so helpful. Whenever I had a question and messaged them they responded in minutes. The condo felt like home. It was clean, well stocked with all of the basics, and had very comfortable beds. The development where the condo is located is so peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors we met were super friendly. The price was also very affordable, especially considering how expensive the hotels are in Sea Island. We would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, tidy and homey place to stay in the St Simon's Island/Sea Island area. We drove every day to The Cloisters for wedding activities, and it only took us about 10 minutes, but by staying off property we saved over $3,000 on accommodations. Thanks Edward & Jenny!!!

We had such a great stay at Kim's place! It was even nicer in person than the pictures show, and the location could not be beat. Kim was responsive and check in was a breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was lots of beach stuff so we didn't have to buy/rent anything. It was the perfect beach week!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Place was just as published in the photos, clean and well maintained. Everything organized and convenient location with close access to everything within walking distance. But nothing tops Carra’s kindness and willingness to help Amazing human being and host. Definitely recommended and looking forward to next year’s golf tournament hopefully we can stay @ Carra’s again. Thank you!!! Muchas gracias !!!

Really enjoyed the Airbnb. Peaceful and close to beaches. Very comfortable place. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

The condo was exactly as described. The beach towels and gear was very helpful. There was more than enough space for our family to feel very comfortable and at home. The distance to the grocery store and restaurants was a big plus, and the location in general is close to all the fun on the island! We had a great stay!

This spot was the best! Close to everything, good location, super clean, and super comfortable! The hot tub was an amazing extra!
