In front of the house, there are two parking spaces. The highlight is the terrace in the garden with lots of sun and a fantastic view of the idyllic Weser Valley.

In the middle of the Schaumburger Land, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking or even just to rest. Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer and winter, the Schaumburg Land invites you to long hikes by foot or by bike. Our cozy and well-equipped cottage is located in the countryside in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park. Relax on the terrace overlooking the natural garden or explore the surroundings by bike and on foot. At Steinhuder Meer you will find many leisure activities, restaurants and cultural offerings. Poggenhagen has an S-Bahn connection that makes it possible to get to the beautiful state capital of Hanover by public transport (30 min. travel time).

Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation amidst fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400 m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.
