Holiday rentals with a patio in Stains

Coming especially for a concert, we chose Astrid's Airbnb because it met our criteria and was rather well located, near the Stade de France. The apartment is very functional, clean and large enough for 4 people. The neighborhood is rather quiet and easy to access by transport. Thanks to Astrid for this experience 🙂

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

Great place to stay for families very close to Disney Paris! Supermarket nearby, also very helpful.

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in the taking of the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

We had a great stay with Anissa and her lovely family. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our evening activities. We also really enjoyed the delicious coffee! Would definitely stay again.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Accommodation fully compliant with the listing, located on a quiet street. Great for a visit to Parc Astérix or the Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomed us himself, which is a nice touch.
