Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stamford

What a superb cottage, set back from the road in a very quiet and peaceful location looking out over fields. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. Very comfy bed and lovely powerful shower plus bonus of a private outdoor seating area. Michelle is a great host and I highly recommend this property.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. Gorgeous setting with cafe and friendly pub within easy walking distance. Loved our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your home!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is lovely a cosy and feels like a proper home from home. Deborah has thought of everything and a great host. The local town was really nice with lots of places to eat and drink. We had good weather so got to sit out in the sunny garden and enjoy the peace and quiet. We look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely perfect page to stay with friends. We celebrated a chilled weekend in here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more if it tried, definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning again. Thank you for hosting us

This is quite a quirky and well-modified ancient haybarn, tucked in behind an old timbered/thatched house. It's quaint, quirky, inglenooked, low-beamed, a bit creaky in places, fully equipped with everything you'd need except (my own little obsession) razor-sharp cooking knives. I know I know . . H&S. But if you're an aficionado of these things, bring your own knife. That's my ONLY tongue-in-cheek gripe. If you want to go to Peterborough . . STAY HERE!!

We were attending a wedding at Rutland water and reception at the Barnsdale. This place is only 7 mins away and was perfect for our daily stay of 3 Adults. Julie made us feel welcome and had also provided so sampler products in the kitchen for us. Which was lovely. The check in is 3pm but after explaining we had to be at the wedding by 12:30 Julie arranged that we could check in at 11 am so we could freshen up and get changed after the drive up. I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

All was as described and a very central location to enjoy the area. We thoroughly enjoyed a meal out at The Royal Oak, Heckington - a great recommendation.

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Liz and Tom’s place! They are always there to help you and it’s like a home away from home! 10/10 and would highly recommend!

A beautiful, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated annex with an adjoining patio looking onto a beautiful English garden and countryside. Excellent instructions on beautiful walks of the local area and my only regret is we didn’t have longer to try them all out! So much care and attention had gone into making it home from home being extremely well equipped and even leaving a fruit bowl,coffee, tea, biscuits, fresh milk ( even a choice of different plant based milks for those who wanted )and even Danish pastries and croissants in the freezer for breakfast. I really couldn’t recommend this place more highly ! Thankyou.

I was amazed, as others have been before me, at the generous number of provisions provided to make anyone’s stay easy and comfortable. I kept finding more each day. It is quite unusual but implores such gratitude from a visitor and makes it feel like the host is a caring person. I was also amazed at the accommodation itself because it is well planned and offers so much in a small space. It was quiet there and the bonus was being able to park on the premises. I would recommend this place.

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

What can I say, the cottage was fabulous. The welcome basket and fridge was overflowing with items for us to use, also there was the hot chocolate maker which had the ceramic cups and 4 bags of the hot chocolate mix to make lots of delicious hot chocolate. Everywhere you looked there was something else which had been left for you. In the bathroom, there is a basket with all sorts of little things (just in case you forgot to pack them) ie make up removing cloths, toothpaste etc. The bed I could have taken home with us, it was so comfy with gorgeous bed linen and soft towels in the bathroom. We only stopped three nights and wished we had booked it for a full week. (But there is always next time) We had meals at the Grainstore Brewery and also the early bird menu at Sarpech, both meals again were fab. Sue is great to speak to, and was very pleased we liked the cottage so much. Thanks for being great hosts x

Gordon’s place was amazing, everything was thought of and it felt like home away from home even on our short stay. I’d highly recommend staying here for anyone who’s looking for a break in the area.
