The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.

A cottage stands in the meadows between the Karkonosze and the Yanovich Mountains. Meadows and birds chirp. You'll be greeted with a cup of coffee on the spacious terrace overlooking the grass like a raft on the sea. When it's raining, you sit by the window overlooking “Snowfall.” On winter evenings, you fire up a fireplace, and in the summer you sit by fireplaces and crickets. Boring? Maybe. But the dullness makes you not want to leave!

The cottage is located on the bank of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a great reconstruction to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

"Villa-Larix" is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house in order to be able to live healthy and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some special oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian forest. You can admire the sunset right on the lake and really relax. Enjoy healthy and sustainable living away from noise.
