We absolutely loved our stay at the rustic reserve! Check in was a breeze and the place was cozy and clean. The grounds are so lovely and our dog enjoyed lots of walks around the farm. There were also some sweet kitties that greeted us too! It’s close to Shenandoah and Luray which was nice. And Cassandra and Lindsay were super responsive and helpful! We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place.

Norean’s Place “The Gramophone” was excellent. Everything was just as described. Easy to access door entrance, Beautiful scenery, very peaceful and comfortable. Everything was definitely perfect and exceeded my expectations. It’s deep in the woods in a community where you are away from your worries. The amenities were easy to access. And most importantly SHE IS AN EXCELLENT HOST! We will definitely rebook again in the future and I recommend this place to anyone.

The place was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area. Super quaint and quiet. The neighbor, Mary, from down the road even stopped by to introduce herself and let us know she's there if we need anything. Definitely recommend if you're wanting to visit Luray and/or the Shenandoah region!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived at AVA, we were blown away. The home is beautifully designed with modern touches, cozy decor, and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. It’s tucked away in a peaceful location with stunning views of the Shenandoah mountains — the sunsets from the deck were magical! The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless. We especially loved the fire pit area and the outdoor seating — perfect for winding down in the evenings. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a weekend with friends, or a quiet place to recharge, AVA is a hidden gem. Can’t wait to come back!
