With approximately 430 square feet, this little cabin is big on ease. Unexpected beauty is hidden along the valley where Bear Creek meanders. Sitting at the end of a well maintained 4 mile dirt road, you will find our 360 acres in southwest New Mexico surrounded by ancient cottonwood, Pinon and sycamore trees. (GPS: 32.969224, -108.525218). This "end of the road" cabin along with our 4 other rustic properties, will satisfy your need to disconnect, escape the cold, the crowds, the stress. The quaint Village of Gila is a 10 minute drive away and offers a medical clinic, library, post office, art gallery and is truly the "Gateway to the Gila Forest". Still convenient to major shopping in Silver City, NM and an easy 35 minute drive, you'll enjoy browsing a variety of shops, antique stores and boho, silver, turquoise homemade jewelry bodegas. You'll find a long list of of things to do and see: day or evening fine dining or fast food; multi-cultural cuisine or eclectic funk, Western New Mexico University, our local Farmers Market, theatre, an annual Fiesta, Little Toad Creek Brewery & Restaurant, art galleries, or antique stores (check out Manzanita Ridge)!! Day trips to big cities such as Tucson AZ, Las Cruces NM, and El Paso TX are easily made. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. We had a wonderful week at the house. Lots to do right on the property. Fun playing cornhole and using the putting green. Grandkids loved the pool and playing the games in the garage. The basketball hoop at the pool was an especially big hit! The pool is advertised as heated but it was quite chilly. Didn’t keep the kids from enjoying hours in the pool but the adults didn’t spend as much time in the water. The house was lovely inside and the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive during our stay and after we left. I accidentally left some things behind and they have arranged to mail those items back to me.

Amazing place. We wanted a 3 day peaceful retreat, and this was perfect. The location is serene, you literally feel in the middle of nowhere. While at the same time you are 10 minutes from amazing restaurants(Sky High, Kitchen in the dessert, Tiny Pony) As for the home, it’s the coziest most well organized home I’ve been too. It’s actually perfect for the area and purpose. Our entire family loved the layout, and spent so much time together. The backyard is amazing to chill at, and you feel so zen. Would recommend late at night laying on the hammocks Overall we loved it, and would recommend anyone to book the place.

We were only staying in AZ for the weekend but Wanda’s place felt right at home. My son’s birthday was coming up so we decided to extend our stay celebrate it here. Wanda was very responsive the entire time, I am so grateful we were able to elongate our stay. We felt right at home!! Shopping center is 3 minutes away so that was great since we had to keep going (or ordering) from Target almost every day. This is a home that I for sure would love to come back to when we go back to AZ!! Above all, the host was very friendly, responsive and attentive!! Love that!!

The place was really nice and I like how modern it looked I just didn’t like the pool cause it was dirty I don’t think it had chlorine but either then the pool the apartment was nice the living room and the kitchen were really nice and so was the bedroom it was really comfortable

The room was clean and organized. Furniture was modern. Dione was always in contact with my son and I. This location is very close to beaches, theme parks, shopping malls, and downtown. I highly recommend Dione's place because it is also located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Virginia’s place was the perfect place for my mom to stay! It was handicap accessible and so easy for her to get around and stay independently. The location was minutes away from hospitals and medical centers, as well as the UTEP campus. The apartment is stocked with all of the necessary amenities and Virginia was responsive to any concerns or needs. As an added bonus—at night,the view from the front porch is one to remember! I highly recommend this apartment if you are in the El Paso area!

leon's place was wonderful, very clean smoke free , wonderful sitting area off the bedrooms in the back yard. He had a grill for outdoor cooking too. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer to do laundry . We would book it again ,if Leon would have us ,if we are ever in that part of AZ again.

Beautiful & ultra comfy spot for our family. Our older boys enjoyed playing chess and using all the beach equipment. By far one of our favorite spots to stay. Would recommend them to anyone who visits and would definitely come back!

I drove from LA and got in late on a weekday night and I was so relieved to see that there was a Brita in the fridge full of water and everything I would need was already there. It was a great place to stay and right in the thick of everything you love about Palm Springs. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was as advertised. Dry nice condo, well stocked, great closet space. Owner was great and allowed an early check in and the management team at Evolve was excellent to work with. Only suggestion or warning is while pool itself was great there were only 5 metal lounge chairs and a couple of metal chairs. For a rather big complex with a lot of people using the pool finding a place to sit was difficult. But overall I would highly recommend this beautiful Condo!

Alice was an excellent host and provided a fantastic space to meet our needs. The rental is convenient to the University, yet still quiet and restful. We loved the intimate patio in the early morning while it was still cool. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We would definitely stay again!

We loved it, we had stayed upstairs in another condo (which we really like also) it was not available for this trip and we found Kris's place. Now we like it better main reason is Kris - she is the best host I've ever had. So quick to respond, friendly, helpful and top-notch person. Her place is adorable and had everything as described. We ended up liking hers better 1) because of her - just loved her 2) the bottom units have a back door which made it so much easier to bring in luggage and groceries. We will definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for what we needed. We came to attend a Convention down the street and it was so nice every evening coming back to this home. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay, including a nice pool. We go to Scottsdale every year and if this place is available, we definitely will try to book it.
