The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

The year was 1946 and somebody in Twentynine Palms had the right idea--to build an adorable Spanish bungalow that simply oozed "romantic getaway to the desert," a place to take in the fresh air, the stillness at night and the stars.
