As a first time booker, Uwe and Frauke were very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to see! They were very welcoming and Vargus is a private, well kept place to stay :) Had a lot of fun exploring Bombay and learning about its history

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the upstairs studio located in an upscale community. Very clean and roomy. Great views from the windows and balcony. Bed is comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The location was perfect for hiking nearby trails. Also, just minutes from downtown Show Low.

It was a wonderful stay! Exactly as described with all amenities! We utilized the bikes a lot to get around the beaches! It was lovely and I will certainly remember the spot if we’re in the area again and recommend to friends! Thank you again Rex!!!

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

I have stayed here for many years. Its my favorite place to stay!! Aruns place is always clean. Security is great. The view is absolutely gorgeous. If I had to make a recommendation I'd say get a mattress topper or new mattress. But I only say that because my back is already messed up. Its very comfortable there. I can't wait to come back!

Our first impression when we drove up to our entrance meet our expectations. The garage, walkway and entrance was clean and welcoming. Easy access into all spaces. The apartment was clean, spacious and was full of natural light. Loved the fans that kept the space cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big thank to our hosts. They were able to give us access early access and were responsive when we had questions. If they would have us again, we would love to come back. ❤️

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

It was so relaxing. We drank coffee and watched wildlife over the lake and golf course each morning. The smell of fresh cut grass from the beautifully groomed golf course fills the morning air. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed some fishing and puttering. A lovely place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s place. We enjoyed all the nearby convenience. The pool overlooking the water was so peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again!

Amie, thank you so much for being such a fantastic host! The house was awesome...it was spotless (seriously the cleanest we've stayed in), well appointed, and in a great location. My friend and I really felt safe and at home during our stay, and have already recommended your home to our friends and family who travel to the Phoenix area often. We look forward to staying there again ourselves when in town! 🤩

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend at Ricardo's place. The location is fantastic, just close enough to the beach without being in the fray of beach traffic. The private fenced in yard with the hot tub was also very nice! Kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Also, the parking was extremely nice to have, fenced in, not on the street. This is a great place, we will keep an eye out for other weekends.

It’s so refreshing to go to an Airbnb that really accommodates and seems to love your dogs! We took 2 human kiddos too, but having dog bowls, a fenced yard, etc. for the dogs really stood out. It’s hard to find Airbnb’s that are dog-friendly and I get it. But I also think most of us are trying really hard to make sure our pups are welcome back! Also appreciated how well labeled and supplied the entire place was but especially the kitchen! Another thing we noticed worth mentioning is that there were no strong scents (on either linens or like plug ins) but the house was so clean it didn’t need them and we appreciate not being blown away with artificial fragrance! Bob was super responsive and easy to contact. This location is close to Payson but “remote” enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I’m guessing each of Bob’s listings is up to the same standard!

Matt's place was amazing, easy to find and easy to navigate. His instructions said he had everything and that was legit. He has literally everything you need to have a good time. Thank you Matt

Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. Pool and jacuzzi were nice however the jacuzzi water was not hot. Condo was cozy and great location. Away from main town but close drive. Highly recommended 😊

Letuanny and this property were excellent. She is an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and elegant. The view is astounding, as are the amenities such as the pool, right alongside the beach. The only downsides are that you can't use the gym unless you are staying more than 6 months (this is the association rule, not the host's), and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit limited as to dining options. That said, I would definitely stay here again and commend Letuanny on being an excellent host.

Beautiful ocean / coastal views. Hearing the sound of ocean and viewing the surf break made my mornings.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. Great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. They had a wagon which was clutch to help transport beach necessities to and from without issue. Loved the rooftop space to hang out and unwind. Train wasn’t an issue, barely heard it when we were inside. Area was great for a quick getaway. Super responsive and got any issues taken care of right away. Everyone had tons of relaxing fun in the sun.

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.
