Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. La Jolla Oceanfront Serenity Suite

Beside a pocket park on the edge of the Pacific ocean, this La Jolla Airbnb with 595 sq. ft patio offers salty air from the ocean about 100' away with fascinating tide pools. Too dangerous for kids here, sorry, but room for surfboards and bicycles, and your spa awaits. No beach access. Must scramble down park path to the stony shore, but a sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed, dog fee $55 per night; if you hear potential construction noise, we will discuss the partial refund.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

The Desert Dwelling: Private Guest Suite

The Desert Dwelling is located in the Arcadia Lite area. One of the trendiest parts of the city making it a perfect escape! We are very close to Camelback Mountain and walking distance to The Rebel Lounge. The airport is a quick 10 minute drive. The Desert Dwelling is an attached guest unit (300 sq. ft) w/ private entrance. This unit is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. While the unit can fit 3 people, please understand it is a studio unit with a Queen bed & pull-out couch.

This “Cliff View Casita” is the kind of place where Zane Gray would have written one of his books in the unique Southwest. We have glorious cliff views with sunsets and sunrises, which will take your breath away. It is where Vincent Van Gogh may have chosen to paint the starry night and the wheat field in seven different shades if he had lived in America. There is something "wild" about this place - such beauty and serenity here! (There's another unit upstairs just like a hotel)

Studio 13 in heart of Downtown Phoenix !

Studio 13 is a modern, cozy, private space nestled in one of Phoenix’s beautiful historic districts, close to freeways, downtown restaurants and museums. You can walk or bike to restaurants. Studio 13 is closed off from the main house where i live for privacy, with a private entrance in the rear. There is a beautiful yard with a relaxing hot tub to enjoy.
