Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Steglitz-Zehlendorf

We had wonderful days at Uta. You enter the apartment via a staircase down. It is located in a quiet street. The apartment is neat, clean and spacious. The beds are wonderful and spacious. The shower is also wonderful. The kitchen has a dishwasher.

Cornelius is a super dedicated host! He responds quickly and proactively communicates things that may be overlooked in a description. Super accommodating and the price performance is right from start to finish. I can only highly recommend it.

We had with our family some wonderful days in Berlin. The apartment is very close to the metro station so you are in no time at all the places of interest. The apartment is really nice. There is a big tv with Netflix and a great coffee machine too. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this is my new absolute favorite! It’s open, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous. The restaurants and coffee shops nearby are wonderful, but the apartment has everything you need if you want to stay in, too. Plus, Claas is a fantastic host, with his recommendations and friendliness. I will definitely be coming back and staying for longer! 😊

Communication was fluid and always available to us at all times , quickly resolving some small inconvenience we had . Generous and attentive people . The comfortable apartment, with everything you need for cooking and enjoying a short or long stay. In a quiet area, noisy , beautiful and close to supermarkets, shops and train station. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location was very nice for us as a family - quiet and yet many shops that are directly within walking distance. It's also great that you can park for free in the vicinity. The accommodation is lovingly furnished, we did not miss anything in the furnishings.

Matthias was exceptionally brilliant at communication and the apartment is superb. The balcony is a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing or to start the day with breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Highly recommended.

A lovely house to visit Berlin but to relax after a long day. The area is green and tranquil. For a combined travel group ideal that the house has two bathrooms. Lidl is around the corner and a nice Greek restaurant also nearby. Nice big kitchen with a lot of utilities. Definitely a recommendation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a Great Stay! Thomas’s home and hospitality were truly 5 stars. Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! Hans-Joachim greeted us directly and welcomed us warmly. Super nice hosts. The house is a dream, the pool and jacuzzi just a perfect quiet place to relax. We were on a business trip and at the same time we combined our honeymoon. I can and will recommend it to everyone. The pool and garden are completely opaque from the sides. Simply feel good☺️

I booked Susnne and René's apartment for work for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to feed himself well. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, well located space. Hans communicated clearly and the space was very comfy and the proximity to the Spree and other parts of Berlin was perfect. Would stay again!
