Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Werkstatt" vacation apartment - on the first floor with 40 m² for 2 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

The house is situated in a quiet side street. Butcher with bratwurst stand, soft ice cream machine, kebab, corner store, library, bank machine, restaurant and church are just around the corner. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. It starts on the Rennsteig cycle path at Oberhof and ends in Einhausen on the Werratal cycle path. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. Hiking and skiing areas on the ridge of the Thuringian Forest are within easy reach.

Discover this modern vacation home on the edge of Zella-Mehlis, where a unique nature experience with panoramic views over the idyllic Ruppertal awaits you. Only 200 meters from the edge of the forest, you will find your perfect retreat in all seasons. The 60 m² living space was designed with high-quality, natural materials. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living area with rocking chair and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a rock bath with rain shower

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Ferienhausbungalow in Steinbach-Hallenberg

Spend your well-deserved time off in a 2021 newly renovated, approx. 50 m² holiday home bungalow. The fenced and secluded garden belonging to the vacation home invites children and dogs to play and offers a place of relaxation for adults. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a nest swing and a cable car in the garden. The adults, on the other hand, can relax on the sun loungers or prepare food on the grill.

Fantastic house with a view

This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.

Coziness on the Rennsteig

The cozily furnished house for up to 4 people has a large terrace with garden furniture. Our vacation home on its own property is located on the outskirts about 100 meters from the forest. From here you can explore Thuringia in all directions. Whether Eisenach, Erfurt, Meiningen, Suhl, Schmalkalden, Gotha, etc. are easily accessible from here. Oberhof, the winter sports center, is about 15 km away.
