Welcome to our cozy cottage located in the middle of nature overlooking Frissjön. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet! The cottage is located 150 meters from the lake. Right on the shore there is an associated wood-fired sauna with jetty and rowboat. (Fishing license required) Directly adjacent to the cabin there are lovely forest walks with access to berries and mushrooms during the season. If you like running, there are plenty of both trails and roads. Road with few cars also provides the opportunity for both roller skis and cycling.

Close to the Kettilsås ski slope and just around the corner is the forest where you can walk or run a lap. The sauna and tiled stove make the accommodation a little extra cozy. We have just renovated the kitchen and there are most of the amenities you need. From the kitchen, there is the possibility to go out to the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast while the sun warms you.

Åsnen National Park is only a few minutes' drive away - here there is a largely untouched lake and forest landscape with a wide range of attractions, such as nice trails along water lilies & noble forests - or why not settle down at one of the tree decks with the coffee basket & enjoy the views of Åsnen's islands and waters. Bed linens and towels for your stay with us are included in the price.

Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's World (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Note: You clean before check-out (unless otherwise agreed) and bring your own towels and sheets

Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.
