This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Lovely and spacious. A very good base for exploring the area on foot and by using the various ferries. Plenty of nice walks and cafes. The waterfront is lovely and always things of interest to see. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Richard & Zoe’s beautiful apartment, which is perfectly located for the delights of Totnes. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the equipment and furniture is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

Splendour House was just what we expected for an extended family holiday in Paignton. All facilities were available which was good as the weather was not what we’d hoped for. Tom is a great host and would recommend Splendour House to large families for its location and enclosed back garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Co.

we really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house with stunning views. there are some hazardous areas in the garden for small children - so we couldn't let them play around without someone being with them. Blackpool sands beach nearby is fantastic and has everything you need

We had a great stay. The views are amazing from the house which adds so much to what is already a great property. The house looked exactly as it does in the photos and is in a great location. Fully recommend and would love to return in the future.

Extremely warm welcome from the lovely hosts to their beautiful and immaculately kept home with loving attention to every detail. Though we went over New Year with miserable/stormy weather the Boathouse was cosy and the sheltered wood burning hot tub was a must, perfect in all weathers. Drinking coffee early morning by the river’s edge was serene. Would highly recommend for a getaway.

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at Diana’s place whilst visiting some friends in Frogmore. The place is immaculate, fully equipped and beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. Attention to details and cleanliness is beyond expectations. We also really liked the extras such as coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.; we would definitely go back. The location is peaceful amidst beautiful surroundings.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection.
