This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. We had a fantastic stay at Russels apartment. The location is amazing, right on the beach, so we woke to the sounds of the sea every morning. The apartment is big and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos and the large parking space was a great bonus. The beach is shingle and the sea calm, ideal for novice paddle boarders like me. The staff at the Bay restaurant next door are really friendly and the food was lovely. We visited many of Russels recommended places for food and all were good. There are a few shops very near by and the coastal path makes a great morning walk or run. We will be back x

This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

The house was in a great location for seeing the local area and the wider Torbay area, we used the buses, steam train and ferries and never moved the car once. It was a spacious, clean and wonderful house and we would thoroughly recommend.

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

We had a lovely two night stay with our 4 month old son. It was just as described and there was a very thoughtful hamper of goodies which we enjoyed! Very clean, with a great kitchen - we really appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer with our little one as he was running out of outfits. It is in a great location which we made the most of for our little getaway, within easy reach of Dartmouth, Blackpool Sands, local farm shops, boutiques and of course lots of choice for fish & chips. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

A wonderful property which was perfect for our little family of 3 plus our dog. A superb location which was peaceful and tucked away from the daily chaos. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub taking in the beautiful view was just perfection. Thank you for a wonderful break, I would definitely return and recommend it.

Duncan was an amazing host and very helpful and friendly. The Airbnb was absolutely stunning and included all the little essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner/soap, ironing board/iron, and more. Duncan was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend.
