Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Strand

What a wonderful stay! For the second time we enjoyed this beautiful and cozy cottage. Anything you need is present – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds that you sleep wonderfully on. The cottage is neatly clean and exudes really warmth and coziness. Located in a charming and cozy street, it immediately feels like coming home. The host is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – we'd love to come back!

Lovely space to stay in. Clean and comfortable and picturesque location.

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

What a great location on Texel in the beautiful village of Oudeschild. Moderately centrally located, so you are everywhere within 15 min. The cottage was very complete, everything has been thought of. Unfortunately, Agnes herself was on vacation with her family, so we were not able to meet in person, but the communication went very well all week, also from Agnes it was regularly asked how everything went here, very nice!

The accommodation is really very cozy and inviting. The existing Rituals products also made the house smell very good. I can only report good things about the immediate surroundings. It is nice, quiet and idyllic, yet you can get to Zandvoort or Amsterdam in a good 20 minutes by car. Ruud has given us some really helpful tips. In addition, we were personally escorted from the parking lot to the accommodation, which makes an immediate positive arrival. We enjoyed the time here very much. :)

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

I had a wonderful stay! Bellatrix is a lovely and welcoming host, and the place is absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I stayed with my dog Siva and we both loved the place and the outdoor space. Highly recommend!

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

Barts place was awesome. It was a very comfortable space for our purpose of a quick overnight as we passed through the area, and I can see how perfect it would be for any length stay. It has all one needs for a replenish of mind & body.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

This place is truly special! Surrounded by expansive nature: forests, dunes, beach, and complete tranquility. Ockje and Alexander are warm hosts. At the same time, they give a considerate a lot of privacy. That they sleep right next door is no problem at all. The WLAN is sufficient for streaming. And Charlie the dog is happy to see everyone arrive. We can only highly recommend these great hosts and this cozy accommodation.

Thanks a lot Thomas! We had a very nice time. Too bad the Jacuzzi was not allowed to be used – nevertheless, everything was very pleasant with the sauna and the pool. If you have any questions or uncertainties, you have always responded very quickly. Everything you needed was there. I would highly recommend the accommodation!

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

Had a wonderful stay at the Princenhof in Oranjewoud. Elbert will let you know how to get in and responds quickly. The Jagershuis is spacious, private and is wonderfully located in the woods. What peace and space. Other than that, everything is available and just great!

After cycling round the countryside each day with friends, coming back to "Amazinghouse" was an extra treat to look forward to. Plenty of space Inside and out for everybody to chill. Kitchen & dining room very well laid out, so all involved at dinner. Great outside space and garden with good BBQ. Had a wonderful stay & Murielle went above & beyond.

The house is super nice on the inside and is in a fantastic place. At the edge of the forest you will experience all peace and space. Nearby, there is plenty to see and do, including beautiful walks in nature and many cafes and restaurants with terraces. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We loved our stay and would love to come back!

We had a great evening in the house - everything was to our satisfaction! The kitchen was fully equipped and the associated grill was the highlight. The view was breathtaking, idyllic and quiet. There was also a paddle to use, unfortunately we could not do it because of the rain. Maybe next time! 💪🏼😌

We (8 girls) had a wonderful weekend. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and is very quiet. We felt right at home. Peter is a great host who is very eager to give his guests a great weekend. The accommodation is very clean, and well equipped, we lacked nothing. We definitely weren't there last time in Horn.
