The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Small apartment very quiet, very clean. Daniele was very nice and left us small touches. We loved the small terrace for lunch and an aperitif. The city is a 10-15 minute walk away, it's great. Parking too, very easy on the residential street.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment near Porto deer. The lighthouse cove area is complete with all amenities, there are 2 private beaches and a safe play area for children near the beach. Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is located next to other houses on the park, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The view on the sea and the close walk to the beach was amazing! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE MOST ACCOMMODATING AND WELCOMING HOST!!! This place was more than a 10/10 with cleanliness location and overall service. Host was so responsive and communicative and was there to help with anything we needed not to mention the absolute sweetest as she took it upon herself to arrange transportation for us to airport in the morning after checkout. We had a wonderful stay at Laura's house in San Teodoro! The house was very clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The great location is particularly noteworthy - San Teodoro and the surrounding area are simply fantastic. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easily accessible. We had a car and were able to explore the area. Laura was always available and very helpful, as were her parents, who welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation in La Caletta. A lovely little house with a terrace that has everything you need for a few lovely days in Sardinia. The team behind the house provided us with helpful information, took great care of us and was always quick to respond. We stayed here for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

Sabrina was great host , professional and always available to help. Location and view is stunning and makes you forget everything else. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk. We had very nice time there, Only thing needs a bit of attention is outdoor shower and BBQ area as it was unusable. Also boiler is too small and not enough for size of the house and 8 people. Overall it was well worth it and had wonderful time there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a magnificent beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

We last booked this place due to a change of schedule. Antonio was immediately available to answer our questions quickly. Before arrival, he sent us detailed check-in information, anticipating check-in and postponing check-out without any problem! The house was clean and exactly as described, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A little dark living area but you can use the outdoor porch to eat while still being sheltered and in privacy. The pool for common use is very nice, clean. The area is quiet, it has a small market nearby (about 10 min walk), ice cream shop and pizzeria/rotisserie. By car in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches!!

We spent a week in Porto Rotondo and choosing this area was a really good idea. The place is wonderful, close to the supermarket, the port and nice restaurants. The beach can also be reached on foot. The apartment was tidy, very clean. Federica has always been very kind! She helped us find an excursion to La Maddalena and was always available with everything. We will definitely be back next year!

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Marta’s place. Palau is a great starting point for visiting the Costa Smeralda. The view from the apartment is just incredible and the apartment ist very cozy and equipped with everything you need. Stefa and Marta were very sweet and caring hosts!
