I highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic center and close to the tram.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

We had a great night. Perfect bedding, clean and modern accommodation. Ideal location, we parked the car at Tour de Bretagne which is very close to the accommodation and then everything is done on foot. We'll be happy to go back

Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival, but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth emanating from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thanks to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted as we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

We were here for the 3rd time. We will definitely come back here more often. It is a great accommodation located on the flat land between Nantes and Pornic / Saint -Nazaire. Beautiful clean house equipped with all comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen and shower/toilet. Beautiful large garden with terrace and the possibility to BBQ. Particularly child-friendly and many play opportunities for children. This location is really recommended. Jean -Yves and his wife are very friendly and kind and are always willing to help you or answer questions. In short: it was another great holiday. -

Very pleasant 2 night stay. Arrival with key box, which is flexible and practical. Well-appointed house with 4 bedrooms, so convenient for a family stay. Close to services (Intermarché, shops, service station, etc.) Located in a quiet residential area and in a cul-de-sac. Fenced plot, convenient for children. A great place to remember about the area. We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Jean was lovely to work with and very accommodating when my husband suddenly passed away. The place was beautiful, peaceful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were amazing and I’m very particular. Thank you Jean, for a lovely stay!

loving and tasteful decor, everything there you need for cooking, although the windows face the street it is very quiet. Perfect for cyclists on the Loire a Velo/ Velodysee, as very close to the bike paths!

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
