It's an excellent place, recommended, that part of Paris is beautiful, I always try to get to that part of Paris.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

We were here to attend a conference in Paris. The apartment is an annex of the landlord's house on a large green property. You are very undisturbed, can also sit outside very nicely, as you would hardly expect from an accommodation near Paris. It is also a big difference from the station district of Sucy; this property is really on the edge and is so closed off to the outside that you can't hear the street. About 15 minutes on foot to the train station, from there you can be in the center of Paris in 25 minutes. Inside the apartment, everything is suitable for two people; for coffee, we brought an espresso pot for the induction stove and did not use the existing machine (I am writing this because it is always an important topic for me).
