Holiday rentals with a patio in Sucy-en-Brie

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Heerlijk verblijf niet ver van Disney, was aan te lopen, maar ook met de metro goed te doen. Tuin buiten was ook perfect, ook voor de kinderen. Veel restaurants, winkels in de nette omgeving. Zeer de moeite waard en aan te bevelen.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit moderner Einrichtung! Der kleine Garten ist perfekt für ein Frühstück bevor man auf Erkundungstour geht! Gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, einkaufen kann man in der Nähe! Wir fanden die Zeit wunderbar! Vielen Dank!

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Le logement est très beau et très grand. Nous étions ravi de passer 2 nuits dans ce beau logement. Proche de tout et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et d’un marché. Encore merci pour ce séjour !

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

The house was clean, neat, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day in Paris.
