Monthly Rentals in Sumartin

It was a fantastic holiday in a newly renovated room, which offers everything you need on vacation - top modern and spacious furnishings, a cozy double bed, a beautiful kitchen with all the essential items and a fantastic shower where you can cuddle. The place flashed so much for us, we stayed here for the first time and really want to come back here. Close to the property are tons of various top swimming opportunities, all within a few minutes walking distance. A small shop nearby also offers the necessary food, alternatively there is a bigger one in the neighboring village. The bakery nearby is also highly recommended! In summary, it was a fantastic holiday in Sumartin!

The apartment was everything we wanted. The view from the balcony is enchanting, the place is clean and nicely furnished and fully equipped. We managed to lock ourselves out, but the landlady arranged the key in only 20 minutes. Thank you!

Pros: Amazing little apartment with an unbeatable view on the ocean. The ocean is 50m away and the village of Sumartin is very idyllic. Foldyna is super kind and was very flexible with our check in/out times. Thanks a lot for a great stay. Cons: Self-check in/out would be great. Don’t expect a big apartment.

It was our first time to Brac and were super satisfied. Very friendly and warm hosts, always available with helpful tips. Extremely pleasant to talk to. Despite the owners living upstairs, we had complete privacy. The village center is 300 meters away (nice walk along the coast) and the beach is cca 80 meters away. We explored the coast with soups and thus visited beautiful beaches with no access by car or on foot. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
