And a fold out couch in living room for 2 children or 1 adult( would be close sleep for 2 adults). Everything you need from grocery to local night life and restaurants within 2 miles. Also, across the street from Sea Trail rec center(daily/weekend/weekly passes must be purchased for use of pool and hottubs). Fully furnished, it is perfect for family get-a-ways

Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.
