Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

This centrally located and large (approx. 150m2) property has room for even a larger group. Spacious living areas and a total of 4 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, two with 2x 80 cm beds and the smallest bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The cross-country skiing trail/ski tracks go next to the plot. The indoor swimming pool is located just over 0.5 km away. All the essentials for your stay can be found. Your own linen/towels must be included. Final cleaning is the guest's responsibility or for an additional fee (200€).

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
