We have canoes and bicycles available for rent. The cottage is located on a small recreational area with 5 cottages and space for 10 campers.

Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

The cottage has a view of a pond and meadows where horses, goats, chickens and ducks stay.

At the edge of Burgum, on the back of the yard is our Summerhouse. A former horse barn which we have converted into an independent space with a view over a beautiful piece of meadow, where every now and then bunnies and storks can be spotted!
