Holiday rentals with a kayak in Suttons Bay Township

Kelly’s place was perfect, exactly what we wanted! She was very accommodating. Originally her place only allowed one dog, but after I reached out she was okay with me bringing three. I live in a city, so my dog was elated to have a giant yard to run around in and play with my friends’ dogs. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the amount of towels provided. The location is ideal, situated halfway between Sleeping Bear Dunes and downtown Traverse City. We had a great time at Kelly’s place, highly recommend!

My family loved this cabin. It was one of our favorite AirBnBs. Beautiful backyard and hiking trails. Cool and funky decor. The front porch was nice to drink coffee on in the mornings. We took a peaceful canoe ride. Kitchen was supplied and everything was clearly labeled. Thank you for the stay.

Excellent lake house. Amazing views. Great amenities including a wonderful screened in porch, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, life jackets and plenty of toys. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival and exactly as it appears in the pictures. Very friendly neighbors as well!

We loved it here! Beautiful cottage on a peaceful and pristine lake in one of the most gorgeous areas of MI with excellent hosts! We really enjoyed our time here and are grateful to Joe and Natalie for our experience at their fantastic cottage.

Tracy’s cabin was the exact summer get away we were looking for. The cabin was spotless, air conditioning, and wifi, it made it possible to finish off a work day and then hitting the Lake! A ton of water amenities as well at your disposal. 10/10 would totally go back!

Melissa was a fantastic host! Super communicative, lots of helpful local instructions! Place was beautiful, and the dock access to the lake was perfect!

Rachel and Ryan have made a lovely home available to us as guests. The house has beautiful windows to enjoy the outdoor nature and the indoor space has comfortable furnishings throughout. The house was immaculate and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We really liked the private setting. Ryan and Rachel were friendly and responsive our messages throughout the rental process and stay. Without question, we would stay with Ryan and Rachel whenever we would return to the area.

Omg, I don’t have the words for how awesome this place is. First, it is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. Second, it’s not far from anything and third, it’s so peaceful. I could get lost in pure bliss there. Weather I was in the hot tub, the porch, at the table on the deck, the fire pit, the dock, or even just sitting on the beach collecting rocks. Absolute Heaven. I’ve even told the rest of my family that next time we go to Michigan, we’re going to Traverse City and we’re staying at this house. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was stunning! We wished for better weather to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boats, but that was nothing that could’ve been controlled. We did enjoy a fire in the pit. The lake view was beautiful. Jake was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!

Ben was able to accommodate my last minute stay and I’m so appreciative! I was hoping to get away from the city and enjoy watching the lake with my partner and pup. We were obsessed with the sunroom, multiple board games/puzzle available, watching movies and just catching back up. The lake is still a bit chilly which worked for me because nobody else was out and about! It was such a peaceful, calming trip and I would definitely come back.

This was truly the perfect place for us to stay! Several members our family ran the Charlevoix Marathon, and the cottage proved to be the ideal place for us to rest, to relax, and to enjoy the beautiful Lake, Michigan! Tara and Caleb were fantastic hosts! Their communication was wonderful, and the house exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this place, and we would seriously consider coming back again in the summer next year! We enjoyed s’mores by the fire, kayaking on the lake, incredible sunsets, and very comfortable accommodations. Thank you for fantastic weekend and a memorable stay for our family!

My husband and I took our pup to this place to celebrate Thanksgiving and loved the amazing spacious kitchen! The view was incredible (even during a blizzard!) and we felt right at home. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

My family booked the Wet Nest for 4 nights and it was PERFECT!! Everything we needed was provided, and in good condition. The cabin sits right on the water and have plenty of room for the kids to play!! I cant say enough good things about this place. We made some core memories and are already talking about going back! This is our second time staying at Laurie’s Airbnb and we love it. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the winter wonderland up there. Laurie is very communicative and very helpful. The place is comfy and we love that we can bring our dogs!

We lo ved our stay at the cottage. Spider Lake is lovely and very relaxing. Nikki was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely want to book it again .

A hidden gem—nestled in the woods, yet close to everything. The charming cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and its back wall of windows opened to an enchanted view. The serene river out back—with a dock, kayaks, and fire ring—made it feel like a private retreat. Our visit was part of a brief family reunion getaway with our two sons and daughter-in-law, and Emily was wonderfully responsive, warm, and accommodating. Though brief, our stay was incredibly relaxing—kayaking, sitting by the fire with s'mores (provided!), enjoying the outdoor shower, and sipping morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the calm. We truly didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking comfort and nature in one perfect spot.

It ended up just being my husband and I and it was wonderful. We wished we'd been able to stay longer. The hot tub was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a great weekend. The cabin is lovely. We hiked at the nearby nature area, fished in the lake & surrounding areas, and explored downtown. We made breakfasts and dinners at the cabin and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the variety of boats available.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay here with the family! The paddleboat and kayaks were great for the water. We spent most of our time outside on the deck or pier just enjoying the quiet. The large indoor table was great for eating and games, with room for all. Great stay!

It was a magical way to end the evenings, and the hosts provided all the tools and ingredients we needed to make the experience perfect. This place is truly a peaceful retreat and has all the comforts you could ask for. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of nature, comfort, and a memorable stay! Amanda's kindness and care for their guests made us feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A wonderful host who made sure our family vacation would be memorable and special.

We loved Dave's place! The house was very comfortable and access to the lake was excellent. My family loved being able to fish and play in the lake when we weren't out sight seeing in Traverse City. We had the resort all to ourselves the week we were there, so it was our own private oasis!

WELL WORTH IT! Be aware lots of steps to the water, but a ton of FUN! Paddle boat, kayaks, and a lily pad! House is very clean, well stocked and comfy beds and pillows! The veiw was gorgeous, may have to come back in the fall for colors. Easy check in, and Chelsea was very responsive!

Great location, Cabin was very clean and well organized. Brian was the perfect host, communication was excellent, informative and super helpful. I would definitely book here again.
