Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sveta Marina

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

It was really nice, Ivan and his family were really friendly and always there if you needed help. They also gave us nice recommendations for the surrounding area!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Cute, small apartment within walking distance of the amphitheater and the city center. On the balcony, above the rooftops, you can enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. The bathroom is small, but perfectly adequate and has a washing machine. Caterina is very friendly and responds quickly with helpful tips. There is a cheap parking lot just around the next corner.

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. Rafael & Milena are great hosts! They are very courteous, friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it was nicely furnished, very clean, had everything necessary for everyday holiday life and if we had any questions, we could always contact Rafael. The temperature in the apartment is very pleasant, even at high temperatures. The garden is really beautiful, a great place to feel good and many butterflies, bees & co. due to the large lavender bush. Apartment is an absolute recommendation! Thanks and see you soon :)

well located outside but right next to Labin with a nice view of the city. A few minutes' walk to get there. Neven and her family are very welcoming.

Staying at Moria's was a bullseye. First of all, a beautiful view from the windows to the bay and nearby beaches, secondly, a great location - on the one hand, literally 50m to the beach and on the other 100m to the shopping center with a supermarket, a place for coffee and a delicious pizzeria, thirdly, still quite close to the old town - about 3.5-4km. A flat without luxuries but very clean. Just outside the house, there is free parking along the street - although we have always managed to find a free space. On the plus side, there was a small, though unfortunately rare, and a pity, because sometimes it is a godsend - a bottle of cold water was waiting for us in the fridge! Moria herself was very kind and open, she welcomed us and explained the nearest surroundings. Moria, thank you again for the unforgettable stay. See you!

My wife and I had a great stay at Alice's. The carefully decorated accommodation is perfect for settling in and visiting the area. You can also land there. The environment is very quiet, the garden is tastefully landscaped and is refreshing and soothing. Alice's animals (dog and cat) are part of the life of the place. They're really lovely. Alice is very considerate of her guests. She has a remarkable sense of hospitality. We had a great time with her. We only had good experiences with AirBnb but coming to Alice's was an exceptional stay. Thanks for everything Alice.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

We had a nice stay, close to a beautiful pebble beach. Draco was particularly helpful. When we had problems with the car, he arranged a lot for us. Very helpful. Top host.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
