Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Swannanoa

Kate is a very professional host, attentive to detail, quality, cleanliness, and communication. She is also kind and respectful person. Her Airbnb would be great for families with plenty of beds, nice towels and linens and a washer/dryer. It’s also a cozy nest for anyone who wants proximity to Asheville, the Folk Art Museum or the Parkway. The house is nice with fun comforts without being too fussy. The main beds and pillows are excellent. The set up is fun. She also offers fresh rainbow eggs which was a welcome treat. I have been a host and have high expectations, some might say too high. I was very happy with Kate’s place.

Second stay was as great as the first. Great location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Comfortable living space.

Loved our stay here! This place was safe, comfortable, peaceful, easy to find. Great space for 2 adults and a dog. Sitting up on the top deck in the mornings was really great. Would definitely stay here again for future Asheville/Black Mountain trips!

Great place, we really enjoyed our stay! Great distance from Asheville. If you’re into coffee stop by Short Sleeves a few minutes down the road. The Jones Mountain Trail Head is also a few minutes away (Hopefully next time the Swannanoa River trail will be back open). Thanks for hosting us!

This place was amazing! Came to the area to volunteer after hurricane helene so was coming to the area with a large truck and equipment sparked lots of questions. Julie and Karl answered them fast and very detailed. For the record 50’ of truck and trailer fit easily in the driveway! The place was clean as a whistle and very homey. Everything that I could have possibly needed was there. I don’t know what the queen bed was made of but if I had the time I could have slept for days! Beautiful sunrise staring out at the mountains. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Rodney and Dulcy were very accommodating. Their apartment is conveniently close to a relative we were visiting in Woodfin.

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

Suzanne was a great and friendly host! Her place was the perfect location, close to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was nice to relax by the pool and eat at a few of the local restaurants she recommended. We loved staying here and recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the Asheville area.

Had a great stay...the location is outstanding if you're looking for an in-town place! I spent too much time at The Station for coffee and adult drinks! Katey's place is very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Cindi was friendly, hospitable, and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat nearby. We would stay there again.

First I will say, we are picky and this spot was PERFECT!!! We loved everything about Jane’s place!! Jane and her sweet husband were very helpful and accommodating and so friendly! I highly recommend their little getaway and we will definitely be back!

What a spectacular property and host - literally could not ask for more. Beautiful and tranquil location; comfortable furnishings and amenities; close to all Ashevill has to offer. Highly recommend!

We have nothing but good things to say about Muffi and Tim’s wonderful studio! The space was immaculately clean and very cozy. Muffi communicated often and made sure we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we may have had. We also arrived after dark, and still had a very smooth arrival and it was very easy to locate the Studio due to Muffi’s instructions. We could not recommend this space enough, especially if you are hoping to visit downtown Asheville or the Biltmore Estate!

Tamra was super friendly. All was as described. Area is beautiful. Hot tub, quick walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, and short drive to cute Black Mountain town were a big plus!

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location to explore downtown Asheville. Accomodation was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable bed and has everything necessary for a short stay. Appreciate the additional information John provided when he found out we were in town for a concert. Having a parking spot and WiFi was important for us.

Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

This was a great 2/2 in downtown Asheville. It was clean, comfortable with easy access. Relatively quiet space. My friend had a car and was happy for the guest parking (the street is metered parking and the meter maids are active). The location is good proximity to the airport and the Biltmore (I Uber’d to both). I would definitely recommend this place for your Asheville stay. Cheers!
