The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The Szyszka apartment is located in the picturesque Izerski Resort complex. It consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can use the sauna area in the building. The sauna is open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. From the balcony, where there is a seating area, you can admire the panorama of the Jizera Mountains.
