There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. The characteristic exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the crackling of the fireplace, make the ambiance very romantic and characteristic.

At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

Our loft has been completely renovated in 2021 through a careful conservative restoration using the highest quality materials in order to respect the characteristics of the ancient building in which it is located. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

In the heart of the oldest area of Ortigia, this lovely penthouse will be your key to the secrets of the island, its sea and history or relax on the terrace enjoying the sightseeing and the sea breeze. The flat is situated at the third floor of a typical baroque building, it is a few minutes walking to the principal historical and architettural attractions (Duomo, Fonte Aretusa, P. Archimede, Caravaggio's peinture) and to the Mercato full of typical food.

From the careful restoration of an old carpentry, this splendid loft is born, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Noto. The loft is on two levels, the first of which has a large living room with an open island kitchen complete with appliances and a bathroom with a dressing room, toilet and bathtub. The apartment is located in the fabulous island of Ortigia, wi fi is unlimited and free, possibility to rent the adiacent apartament too. The house, recently renovated, is located in Giudecca, an ancient Jewish neighborhood, wifi is unlimited and at no additional cost, possibility to rent the apartment next door. Please note that the tourist tax will be paid cash on site and is equal to 4% of the amount of the stay.

It is a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations. Fully equipped. Ideal location for visiting the historic center. Availability of two other studios (to be booked separately) in the same building therefore convenient for family members or 2 couples of friends.
