The apartment is located in the " Graziella " the oldest district of the Ortigia on the second floor of an independent building recently renovated.It has an area of 55 square meters, which extends on one level except the attic loft which houses a comfortable double bed. There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

From the careful restoration of an old carpentry, this splendid loft is born, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Noto. The loft is on two levels, the first of which has a large living room with an open island kitchen complete with appliances and a bathroom with a dressing room, toilet and bathtub. Located in an old manor house, through the internal stairs you access the room with an adjacent terrace, complete with all the comforts and just renovated. The room is a few meters from the Cathedral of Noto, the Ducezio Palace and the fantastic Palazzo Nicolaci. It is about 8 km from the sea, 10 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 30 km from the city of Syracuse. Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (about 50 minutes by road).

Please note that the tourist tax will be paid in cash on site and is equal to 4% of the amount of the stay.
