Farm in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the Jistebnická vrchovina Nature Park. There used to be a farm here, of which only the stables and the swallows nesting in them remain today. Around the cottage is a large natural garden, which we use partly as a utility and partly as an ornamental garden. On one side, the garden ends with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other sides it passes into an open landscape. There is a cat in the garden and in the house and a hen in the yard.

Karhule is tiny village "at the end of the world" where you can easily find a rest for your body and peace of mind, far away from the chaotic city pace of life. Unspoilt nature, forests loaded with porcini mushrooms, organic veggies from our farm, hiking and biking routes etc. Our place works great for singles, couples, families or smaller groups.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated house from the 1930s in the center of the Old Town – 50 m from Žižkov Square and 75 m from the large park Holečkovy sady. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the historic center, within walking distance is also the Jordán reservoir, the Lužnice river or the Klokoty monastery.
