The location of the apartment is good close to shops and the center of ČB. The panel house was easy to park. Ms. Kata responded very quickly to messages and was generally interested - great communication. The apartment is bigger with beautifully large bathroom and equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau house. There is a mature park in front of the house and a dead-end, quiet street. Everything you need is within walking distance. The house is quiet, very clean. The courtyard garden invites you to sit down. We stayed in cold winter days, the apartment was warm and cozy. I highly recommend it.

We had one stay with Mrs. Vladislava in the past, we were very satisfied and didn't get burned this time. Everything was in perfect order about the arrangement, the room was impeccably clean, we were delighted with the prepared refreshments. At check-in, we were offered breakfast for an additional fee, which was unmatched at the listed price. The hot tub is big enough for two people, and know you won't want to get out of it. A good added value is also parking right in the accommodation area, which is guarded by a camera system. Finally, I would like to say that the owner is a big professional who could take a role model for some of the landlords. It was nice to meet you in person, thank you for a pleasant weekend and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at the property for the weekend. We both enjoyed it very much, the location was very nice and quiet. The accommodation was clean and modern. There is actually everything you need nearby, lots of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we'll be back !

We had a truly wonderful weekend in the beautiful forests of the Czech Republic. The location, just south of Prague, was perfect for scenic hikes and peaceful nature walks. We also spent a day in Prague, which was easy to reach by train – although I’d still recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area. The house itself is an absolute 10 out of 10. The hot tub and terrace quickly became our favorite spots to relax, especially with the stunning view. The interior is modern, beautifully furnished, and the amenities were absolutely perfect – everything we needed was there and thoughtfully prepared. A small note for future guests: the last kilometer leading to the house is a rough gravel path with narrow bushes on both sides. We’d recommend that only confident drivers take the car all the way to the house and park on the property. All in all, this place is a hidden gem and one we would love to return to. The accommodation was beautiful, a complete home atmosphere, the equipment exceeded our expectations, we absolutely lacked nothing. Perfect and simple description, we tried the sauna, the hot tub, the washing machine... Everything was perfectly prepared. Communication is prompt, helpful, kind, and hassle-free. The accommodation was also smooth, even though we arrived 2 hours later, in the evening. We will definitely repeat our stay for a longer time.

Beautiful, relaxing location, great host. The barn is incredible, where you can enjoy a great party or barbecue. Ideal for both a family and a group of friends. We will be happy to return! Thank you and we will not forget!
