Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. Characteristic apartment located in the village of Parech di Agordo, at the foot of the mountains (very close to the start of the trails) but at the same time a stone's throw from the center. The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
