Jo and Matt were quite simply the most outstanding hosts I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, their friendliness made me feel like an old friend, their warmth and kindness so welcoming and their ability to make me feel so at home in their gorgeous Cwtsh was a testament to their commitment to making their properties so unique, beautiful and inviting. Their property is in a beautiful area, so peaceful, relaxing and in close proximity to the gorgeous sandy beaches of Cei Bach and New Quay. Jo and Matt provide great recommendations for local food outlets, and were so happy to provide useful information about the local area and life in their part of Wales. I cannot recommend them enough as hosts as well as a truly superb stay in their gorgeous, comfortable, cozy and memorable Cwtsh, I’d be very surprised if anyone did not enjoy their stay here! We have had the most wonderful long weekend at the cabin - it’s such a beautifully decorated, super cosy, incredibly clean & carefully thought out space. The garden is lovely and very secure for our dog. It has everything you could possibly need and then some. Super friendly hosts too, incredibly helpful and informative, always on hand (not that we needed much as everything is clearly laid out) but also left us to our own devices. The surroundings are stunning and so peaceful and yet you are only a ten minute drive from the gorgeous New Quay (highly recommend the food at the Pepper Pot & the fish and chips from the Captains Rendezvous) and the nearby Aberaeron is also stunning (10/10 breakfast at McGowans). Cue Bach beach was a fab recommendation from the hosts - nearby, quiet and picturesque (& dog friendly). Can’t recommend highly enough & would love to come back!

We stayed here for 1 month. Kaz and Rob were great hosts. They ensured they were on site when we arrived, to let us into the property and provide us with all we needed to know about their accommodation and area, including good dog walks, and were so helpful throughout our whole stay. They also provided the best Welcome Pack I’ve ever seen! The accommodation is perfect for 2 people, and it is so well equipped. The WIFI was good, which we needed as I was working during our stay. We were also able to use the adjacent cottage to store some of our stuff and use their freezer. We found the hosts, and the locals, so friendly and welcoming and my wife felt totally safe there on her own too, when I had to work away for a night. We also loved the nature connection, with nice walks and being close to the sea. Aberaeron itself has some nice cafés, a useful small supermarket an organic food shop, a well-stocked health food shop and a few other shops. We'd highly recommend Karen's place!

Antonio and Gwen provided a warm welcome to their place. The welcome hamper was wonderful and full of local treats and surprises. Talgarreg is very quiet and peaceful and is a welcome retreat. Everything in the property is as listed. It was spotless, warm and cosy. We can’t wait to return. Diolch yn fawr iawn Antonio a Gwen!
