Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Willkommen im Erzgebirge. Cranzahl ist ein kleiner gemütlicher Kurort im Ortsverbund Sehmatal. Unsere 50m² Ferienwohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Eine Aufbettung auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer oder auch ein Reisebett sind auf Anfrage möglich. Eine Fleischerei und Bäckerei befinden sich direkt nebenan und ermöglichen ein leckeres Urlaubsfrühstück. Ausflugsziele wie Fichtelbergbahn, Museen, Annaberg, Oberwiesenthal laden zum Entdecken, wandern skifahren, etc ein.

Die Ferienwohnung (45m²) bietet Platz für 1-3 Personen. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer (Schlafsofa, Flachbild-TV) und der Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeefilter). Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Im Bad vorhanden sind Spiegel und Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Grillabende im Garten sind möglich.

The apartment is located in Tannenberg (Erzgebirge), a quiet village not far from the large district town of Annaberg-Buchholz in the Christmas region of Erzgebirge. Apartment approx. 80 square meters with kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and small conservatory as well as an associated terrace.

Our apartment, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. 5 minutes' walk to the market or to St. Ann Church), we have been renting since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed 1,000 guests and all, really all, were at least satisfied :)
