Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available at an extra cost on request. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

Feel at home in the small apartment. With us, 1-2 people can spend a few quiet days in a cozily furnished room, with a queen-size bed, couch and TV for a short trip or a business trip. In the apartment is a Badezi. as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. The apartment is also ideal as a mechanic's accommodation.
