Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Welcome to my cozy apartment, with lots of heart & charm! I have lived in this apartment for many years & rent it when I'm away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub and a quiet balcony to the courtyard. Private parking is included. In 10 minutes you are on foot at the main train station, in 15 minutes in the city center, with the castle pond and forests nearby – ideal to explore the cultural capital 2025!

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

Dear future guest, In one of the best locations in Chemnitz, equipped with a park or castle pond, which also invites you to take beautiful walks, 15 minutes away from the city center is my cozy, inexpensive accommodation. From the central train station it is a 20-minute walk or by bus (line 21) directly 100 m from my front door. The apartment offers a nice balcony, bathroom with bathtub, 1.80 bed and a small kitchen with coffee machine. See you soon!

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The property is centrally located. Shopping facilities are in the immediate The apartment has an open kitchen and living area and is, as shown in the photos, completely furnished. A balcony is available. Located in the middle of Limbach-Oberfroth. Near Kaufland and Sonderpreisbaumarkt. The bus station is in very close. Very easy to reach via the A 4 and A 72.

The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
