Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tauranga City

Handy for us to our family and to the main roads. Kitchen well kitted out with any basic you might need. I really appreciated the washing machine which was quiet and easy to use.

The house was just as advertised, and Angelique was super responsive to messages etc. Would recommend anyone spending nights in Tauranga to book this place.

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

We had a lovely time and there is plenty to like about Kristie's place. Obviously the proximity to the beach but also the outdoor shower setting and large porch were standouts for me. We were travelling with 3 large dogs so the fully fenced front yard was great. Very clean and well presented.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

Staying at Peter's was a pleasure. The location was perfect just 10min drive from our event (Golden Gloves Boxing) , the home was cozy and clean, and Peter was always available to answer our questions. The area was very spacious for the 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids). We were also provided with eggs, milk, butter, washing detergent etc so very kind of him. Highly recommended! Our stay was fantastic and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! Very private and quiet. We would definitely book again.

We stayed at Sue’s house for a week with our young family - the house was very child friendly and fully fenced back yard which was great for the kids to play and run around. Location great, beach access next door, plenty of off street parking, the house had everything we could need! Covered outdoor area which was perfect with the rain, we could still sit outside. Laundry included a washing machine - no dryer but portable clothesline. Really clean and tidy 👍🏻 great value, we would absolutely stay again and recommend.

My family and I had a great stay. The house is so cosy and we felt right at home. Heat pumps in every room too so we were never cold!

Excellent location and a lovely, well laid out space. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Have always used apartment hotels and thought I’d give this a go instead. Did not regret the choice. Stunning front seat views of the beach and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in the Mount. A great option folks 😁

Garry and Gay are super welcoming and helpful hosts. The place is spotless and close to Tauranga’s popular attractions and in a great neighbourhood. Great place to unwind for a week.

We have staid at Carolyns place a few times now. Its a great home away from home when we work in Tauranga.

I had a wonderful stay—the location was excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tauranga, especially groups of four.

Unit had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. Really appreciated how thorough and details Monique's instructions were. We wouldn't hesitate to book her property again.

We had a lovely stay, complete with a tour of the farm and feeding the cattle and ducks - my kids thought that was amazing! Alison is fantastic with online communication, and was very patient with my excited children on the tour! Both Alison and Drew are lovely, and their property is immaculate. The house was well equiped with everything we needed, and very warm and comfortable. We would love to come back- especially in warmer weather so we can use the pool more!

A perfect location within easy walking distance to everything and a very comfy and cosy apartment. The place was spotless, the beds were really comfortable and Mary was very easy to deal with and takes great care with her guests.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
