The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the surroundings and the home felt comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time . A perfect place to relax after a long day out. I would recommend it to all my friends and family

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Jane & David’s property. The villa was very well furnished and was cleaned to high standard. It had a homely feel with nice decor and provided everything needed. There was a helpful information book, games , jigsaws and plenty of tourist literature. It is on a holiday park with free use of a nice swimming pool and option to use other facilities. Jane and David were excellent hosts with prompt and friendly communication. We would have no hesitation in recommending their Airbnb property. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse and Sophia was a very kind and responsive host (eg we asked if they had a blue tooth speaker we could borrow and it was brought straight round - Thankyou!). We enjoyed the large sociable kitchen space with the comforting Aga to come home to. The garden space was very peaceful and we had great fun in the games room playing table tennis, table football and pool on our first night. We also made use of the swimming pool and playing boules in the garden. The house is large and comfortable for groups and families and has a Manor House feel to it which we loved. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

As a family of four, we really enjoyed our one night stay at The Pound House. Beautiful cottage in very peaceful surroundings, Jacquie gave us loads of information before we arrived about places to go, eat and also which narrow lanes to avoid. Thanks for having us!

My brother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was first to arrive. He had had no part in organising it but I had sent him the email link to contact Gary, and had already explained how friendly and amenable Gary was. My brother was still really impressed and surprised by our host's down to earth attitude and generosity. He also made the most of the jet bath before the kids arrived and ruined his peace! The house was just stunning. 8 people, three families, and no one felt on top of one another. With teens and an old lady, we could have easily fallen out somewhere less spacious. Gary did not advertise how big his kitchen space is and that it doubles up as a dance floor ❤️ Very fond memories made of my kids moon walking with their uncle. Huge hot tub. Max 6 but I don't think we had more than 4 in at a time, and it was a lot more pleasant than smaller hot tubs with 4 in at a time. The view from the back of the house was something else. ❤️ Planning our next visit already.

Beautifully renovated house that feels like a home from home. Spacious rooms, plenty of room with a luxury feel. Easy off road 5 min walk to lovely pub and convenience shop just across the road. Really comfy beds & everything else we needed. We really didn’t want to leave. Great communication and recommendations for food, walks etc. Wish we had a dog to try out the dog shower! 😁

Our family had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and relaxing. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The space and grounds were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

We loved the Old Byre as soon as we arrived. The location was superb for exploring the moors and places to eat. The cottage was perfect in terms of size, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful garden views from the patio. It is dark and quiet at night too, so great for a good nights sleep! Being able to use the paddock to walk our dog first thing and in the evening was ideal. The hosts, including their gorgeous dog Harley, gave us the warmest of welcomes whilst leaving us to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Thank you for a really lovely few days, we’ll definitely be re-booking!

The Big Broom Cupboard very much felt like a home away from home, spotlessly clean and exactly as it appears in the pictures. Robert personally welcomed us when we arrived and showed us into the house and made sure that everything was okay. We wondered if the cake in one of the pictures was just for show but it was there ready for us when we arrived and was absolutely delicious! The house is in such a peaceful location only disturbed by the sound of the birds chirping. We had chosen this particular property to stay at due to one of our group being elderly and with mobility issues and so one of the bedrooms being downstairs and with its own bathroom, worked well. We hope that we get the opportunity to stay here again some time in the future.

Rebecca's annexe was a lovely place to stay for a peaceful few days away. It has beautiful views and felt very relaxing. The kitchen and whole property was very well equipped which made us feel right at home and very comfortable! It had local guides, games, netflix, extra blankets, toiletries and much more! We really loved staying here, thank you so much Rebecca for letting us stay in your lovely annexe!

My daughter and I stayed for a week at Hannah’s cottage and found it well equipped, clean and comfortable. Hannah was an extremely responsive host when we had any questions and we were able to enter the property early, which was a bonus after a long drive. The cottage is just off the Tavistock road, so whilst it is a busy road during the day it was quiet enough at night. Yelverton was an excellent place to stay in to explore the surrounding area and we really enjoyed our stay.

A Magical Haven’’ We’re currently 5 days into our 6-night stay in Cornwall and honestly we’re completely in love with it. Staying here during my birthday has made this getaway feel all the more special — it’s a place filled with magic, character, and soul. It’s no wonder it was featured on More4’s Impossible Builds, because there’s truly nothing else quite like it. There’s plenty of space outside to chill, the views are unique and breathtaking, enjoy dinner under the stars, or simply appreciate the peace and serenity that surround you. Inside, we honestly could not fault the amount of helpful utilities provided. The kitchen is fully equipped — and we mean fully. There’s literally everything you need here, and there has been no expense spared on the quality of all the items. It’s a home from home — filled with thoughtful details. I could write more, but what I can say is come and experience what my wife, our dog, and I have for the past 5 days … superb!

Excellent short stay in this cosy cottage, situated in lthe delightful village of Calstock with excellent access to local walks and sights in and beyond the Tamar Valley. Might be best suited best suited to a couple, ar a very small family. Parking during our visit was always available in the main village car park 2 minutes walk away, though I dont know how busy this might get in high summer. Delightful place though and highly recommended.

What a fantastic find and stay we had here! The instructions to find it were simple and clear to follow. Carlo met us on arrival, very friendly and informative, gave us local recommendations. The cottage was exactly as described... lovely! I found it great to see cutlery, plates, bowls and cups inside suitable for our 2yo! (also toys and books) The views were amazing looking across the rolling countryside. The hot tub was ready to go! We met Maggie and Mollie (Carlo's dogs) who were lovely and very friendly ☺️ Great cottage. Great location. Great hosts!

The best equipped air bnb we have ever stayed at! The cottage was beautifully beautifully finished and Victoria and Jon were both friendly people and very helpful. The cottage is in a rural location like going back in time with Stunning countryside, perfect for those who like walking. A 1 minute walk to the local pub which serves good pub food and local beers and ciders. A 20 minute walk to another fantastic pub. Can't recommend it enough!

Another lovely stay at Sam and Rosies cottage. so comfy snd homely. Location is perfect, near everything and not too steep a hill to walk. Train service is perfect and always plenty to see and do. 2 pubs and a social club, people are friendly and welcoming. Great food at the Boot Inn, would recommend. No doubt we will book again in the future. thank you for a wonderful stay with great communication.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

Just had one of the most brilliant stays at "Little Spindles". A fantastic eco-built property situated down a quite lane with everything needed for a peaceful, relaxing time away. Inside, the property is just amazing; so clean and tidy, with top quality fixture and fittings and tastefully decorated. The garden area is mainly laid to lawn and is large and private, thanks to surrounding trees and shrubs. There's a little stream at the bottom of the garden and we were fortunate enough to see a kingfisher during our stay! It's close to the centre of Ashburton (lovely little place!) and ideally positioned for a wide variety of sightseeing and walking trips. Poppy is a great host and is always on hand to offer help when needed. We look forward to a return visit!

Gorgeous to be in such a special quiet space. Feels properly like a little piece of a time gone by, but with all the comfort of the modern world. We loved it.

As we arrived from another country at a late hour and it was dark already, based on the given address the location was not easy to be found. But otherwise we very much enjoyed the comfort and the beauty of the renovated villa. Furthermore, the welcome drink was really kind and the oportunity of ironing and washing our clothes was essential. For us the price was not cheap but it was totally worth it. We would be happy to be able to return once in the future.
