Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Our new apartment in the Chalet Schlern is located in Siusi , below Alpe di Siusi and has incredible view to the Dolomites. It is located in Siusi with a spectacular view of the mountain scenery of the Dolomites. The apartment, completed in 2021, is located at the foot of mount Sciliar, close to the “Alpe di Siusi cable car". The cable car to the Alpe di Siusi can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes (600 m), the centre of Siusi allo Sciliar is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance (1 km).

Villa Lara Zirbe

The holiday apartment "Villa Lara Zirbe" is located in Castelrotto/Kastelruth and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
