New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Stay in peace and quiet in "Studio Timor" in the charming Indische Buurt, just 8 minutes by bike from the center of Groningen. After a day in the city, you come home to your own, completely private studio with a bathroom and all the comforts within reach. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny front garden 🌿 and then discover Groningen by bicycle. You can park for free on site 🚗 and a charging station is also available. Two bicycles are available for rent for a small fee.
