We were able to enjoy our stay very much. Everything was available and the way to the lake and the center was short and with little traffic. The bus stop almost in front of the house was also pleasant. Many possibilities, also with public transport, to explore the surroundings. Top!!!

Fantastic apartment, view, swimming pool and communication throughout. We really enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very kind and allowed us to check out late so the kids could have a swim before we headed home!

The accommodation is so great, quiet and undisturbed as a corner apartment with a great terrace and small meadow. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Rebecca was always quick to reach and the welcome package with a few groceries was very thoughtful and friendly of her. It was an extremely relaxing holiday with baby and we can highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a very nice stay at Daniela’s apartment. The apartment is situated on the hill, very close to the street which leads to the beautiful Valle Verzasca. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The view on the lake is a dream as well as the small garden with possibility to sit and drink glasses of wine in the evening. The check in is uncomplicated. The communication with Daniela is easy and fluently and we got all information we needed. Thank you for the nice weekend 😊

We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

The accommodation is very modern and very nice. Everything you could need is available. Very central. 10 minutes' walk from the center. There are also supermarkets right next to the accommodation. Davide is very helpful and also inquired after check-in whether everything went well. I was extremely satisfied with the host.

Mariannes property has an outstanding view, is located centrally to the lake, cafes and restaurants. The parking garage is a bonus. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! It was me, my wife, and our 3-year-old daughter, and the place was absolutely perfect for our little family. The apartment was clean, cozy, and very well equipped, with a beautiful garden that our daughter loved playing in. The location was ideal — peaceful and relaxing, yet very convenient. We were close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery and just a short walk to the lake and short drive to the stunning valleys, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in a great location. We’d love to come back again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
