The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! The view was stunning, the neighbors were so friendly and sweet, the home itself was perfect and had everything we needed, and there was so much to do in the local area. Will definitely be recommending in the future!!

The place is magical - a huge garden with breathtaking views and absolutely quiet. In the village there is an Alimentari, which has everything you need and a great pizzeria. Cannero is 15 minutes away and Cannobio and Verbania are also within easy reach. We found the beautiful location magical :)

Very cozy accommodation in the Vercasca Valley. If you like it quiet and secluded, you've come to the right place. The property is equipped with everything necessary. It is worth shopping ahead, including firewood. Very recommended.

Super easy to reach, super clean, super location, super nice and super fast felt at home. Our little dog Tari was also delighted and welcome. We will be happy to come back anytime.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in Aldesago, very close to the Lugano city and with breathtaking view on the lake - the area is really well commuted (bus no. 12 or funicular). Inside you have everything you need - nicely equipped kitchen, superclean bathroom and very comfortable beds! The view from terrace is truly stunning! It was also so nice to be able using swimming pool belonging to the facility! Although we’ve been already in Lugano few times before, I think, this staying was the best one ;) P.S. the owners are angels 😇

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

I agree with the very good comments already made. The magnificent view combined with the cozy side of the apartment. Lots of beautiful things in the area. Car necessary in my opinion, otherwise a little less than 1 kilometer of hill. I loved it

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

My husband, 6yo daughter, and I stayed at Carolina's apartment for two nights. The large terrace and the view of the lake and mountains are amazing - this alone is worth the stay. The apartment itself, though, was also very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The elevator directly to the apartment is convenient, and parking was very easy. The location is excellent - a quick walk to the lake, and we also walked to Locarno, stopping at multiple playgrounds along the way. There is a Coop gas station with a market nearby for quick groceries, and a bus station is also close. We had lovely autumn weather while there, so I can't speak to temperature control in the warmer months, but we did see several AC units, and there were fans available. All in all, I highly recommend and hope to return sometime very soon!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We felt very comfortable. In good weather, the view was fantastic and the garden was super beautiful. Rebecca was always very helpful and responded quickly. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice vacation. We would definitely come back!😊

The main and most important thing to say about this apartment is that the view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous and you won't find a better view of the lake or the mountains - it's just a lovely place to sit and relax. We had decided that if we were going to Locarno, we wanted to make the most of the lake and the mountains, and this apartment does that for you. The apartment itself is exactly as described in the listing, compact but very practical for a visit to Locarno. The kitchen is small but practical enough to cook a simple meal and it's a short walk, maybe 10 minutes to Migros or the Coop supermarkets. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone going to the area. We arrived by train and it's an easy 10 minute walk from the station, quite simple to find, but it would also be easy enough by car.

Everything worked very smoothly, from booking to check-in, during the stay and after check-out. Cindy welcomed us kindly, showed us the accommodation and explained everything. We also received recommendations for excursions in the area from Cindy. Cindy was always available to us. We liked the apartment very much, it is lovingly furnished and decorated and very clean. We felt very comfortable! The car could be parked next to the accommodation. Cugnasco was a great location for us, as many excursion destinations were easily accessible from here.

The apartment features a beautiful and simple design with stunning views of the mountains and passing trains — truly a highlight of our stay. It’s well-equipped with most of the essentials, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We did encounter a couple of minor issues: the Swiss-type sockets were a bit inconvenient, and while the host kindly explained the situation, no adapter was provided. Additionally, the large garbage container outside was locked, which made waste disposal a bit difficult. Despite these small drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.

Very clean apartment and quiet location with shops nearby. Good public transport connections. Very friendly hosts. We'll be back for sure. The apartment was awesome
