Monthly Rentals in Tennessee Pass

The host was very responsive, very easy check-in and check-out process! The studio was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed using the kitchen and coffee maker!

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again. Thank you Penny!

I had a wonderful stay at Dana's place. The apartment has an enormous view of the mountains on the west side of town, and is above town in a quiet neighborhood, but literally only a 7 minute walk down to main street. I only saw the owner once and one other person within view of the house in the 4 days I was there in June. The place was spotlessly clean and Dana was easy to communicate with and very helpful when I had specific questions about the area. I hope to return one day!

We only got to stay for one night but this space is wonderful for adventures around Leadville. It’s literally right on the Mineral Belt pathway, which you can ride or walk to get a beautiful view of the city and surroundings. Leadville is a special place and we can’t wait to make it back. Hopefully we’ll get to stay in Martins place on our return.
