Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we received many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

The house is as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. It is not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience

Federico and Rossana are fantastic and we had the most relaxing time staying with them with our 4 older kids. We enjoyed the board games (great games), table tennis and soccer in the barn, the books everywhere, the cats and dogs and chickens, and enjoyable and interesting conversations with Federico and Rossana. Lots of pilgrims staying each night too on the Via Francigena. Berceto is an interesting town and we enjoyed the area. We highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing few days that you won't forget.

Fantastic experience! I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very cozy, very clean, tidy and well stocked; it is comfortable and has a nice balcony. The bathroom has a window. Excellent location. The condominium context is quiet, in a convenient area for services, with practical free parking. Main services also within walking distance. Antonio is an exceptional host! Responsive to messages, very kind, extremely helpful and attentive, ready to give advice and clear in directions. Very simple check-in. I felt at home. Everything is perfect, highly recommended!
