This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Characteristic fishermen's house close to the city center

This old fisherman's house, built before 1900, is located in old Joure, close to the city center. It is a characteristic and cozy house and equipped with all modern comforts. You really feel "at home" during your vacation. Joure is located in the heart of the water sports area. Rent a boat or go cycling or hiking through the woods near St. Nicolaasga or along the Frisian Lakes. A beautiful 18-hole golf course can be found in St. Nicolaasga (Burggolf). For children, there is "Swimfun;" recommended.

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, you can board the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and is equipped with every comfort. You can stay comfortably with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are wonderful. They are now set up as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. Wi-Fi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Villa Scorpio is a 6-12-person holiday home at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland, suitable for small groups and families. The warm villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living room with large sitting and dining area to eat and an extra reading and playroom.
