It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
